Rembourrage Paré: Une relève entrepreneuriale et une relocalisation !

THETFORD MINES, LE 19 AVRIL 2023. La Société de développement économique de la région de Thetford (SDE) est heureuse d'avoir contribué au projet de relève entrepreneuriale et de relocalisation de l'entreprise Rembourrage Paré. En opération depuis 22 ans, Rembourrage Paré est reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine. Depuis mars 2022, Mme Andréan Tanguay est maintenant propriétaire de l'entreprise qui concentre sa clientèle dans le secteur des véhicules récréatifs, tels que les roulottes et les bateaux.

« Nous sommes ravis de souligner l'apport de la SDE région de Thetford à ce projet de relève et de relocalisation. Nous sommes intervenus pour favoriser cette transition en aidant, entre autres, à la préparation des prévisions financières », précise Mme Karine Poirier, commissaire au développement économique à la SDE. Cette dernière précise également que l'organisation a contribué au financement via le Fonds local d'investissement (FLI), volet relève.

Auparavant située dans le secteur Robertsonville, à même la maison du précédent propriétaire, M. Alain Paré, l'entreprise est opérationnelle, depuis le 6 mars dernier, à sa nouvelle place d'affaires au 2526, rue Notre-Dame Est à Thetford. Les principaux services offerts sont le rembourrage, le recouvrement et la restauration. La clientèle est très variée, que ce soient des particuliers ou encore des entreprises des secteurs commerciaux ou industriels, principalement dans le domaine récréatif. Elle compte dans sa liste de clients des entreprises connues tel BRP de Valcourt, ainsi que Safari Condo de Saint-Frédéric mais aussi des noms comme Techno Pieux, Polyplast et Dupont dans la région de Thetford.

« La relocalisation nous permettra de croître, d'ajouter de nouveaux moulins aux trois existants, et de prendre de l'expansion en acceptant de nouveaux contrats », explique Mme Tanguay. « Présentement, deux autres employés travaillent à plein temps avec moi. En plus, mes parents me donnent un coup de main incroyable, je ne sais pas ce que je ferais sans eux ! », ajoute-t-elle. Cette dernière travaillait depuis plus de trois ans chez Rembourrage Paré avant d'en faire l'acquisition en mars 2022. Madame Tanguay est reconnue comme une passionnée dans le domaine depuis maintenant six ans, elle aime bien conseiller ses clients.

Notons que l'entreprise a également reçu de l'aide de la SADC de L'Amiante par l'entremise de son programme Femmes Entrepreneures.

Rembourrage Paré: An entrepreneurial succession and relocation !

THETFORD MINES, APRIL 19 2023. The Société de développement économique de la région de Thetford (SDE) is pleased to have contributed to the business succession and relocation project of Rembourrage Paré. In operation for 22 years, Rembourrage Paré is recognized for its expertise in the field. Since March 2022, Ms. Andréan Tanguay is now the owner of the company, which focuses on the recreational vehicle sector, such as trailers and boats.

"We are delighted to highlight the contribution of the Thetford region SDE to this succession and relocation project. We intervened to facilitate this transition by helping, among other things, with the preparation of financial forecasts," says Karine Poirier, economic development commissioner at the SDE. She also points out that the organization contributed to the financing via the Local Investment Fund (FLI), succession component.

Previously located in the Robertsonville sector, in the house of the previous owner, Mr. Alain Paré, the company has been operational since March 6 at its new place of business at 2526 Notre-Dame Street East in Thetford. The main services offered are upholstery, covering and restoration. The clientele is very varied, from individuals to companies in the commercial or industrial sectors, mainly in the recreational field. The company's client list includes well-known companies such as BRP of Valcourt and Safari Condo of Saint-Frédéric, as well as names such as Techno Pieux, Polyplast and Dupont in the Thetford region.

"The relocation will allow us to grow, to add new mills to the three existing ones, and to expand by taking on new contracts," explains Ms. Tanguay. "Currently, I have two other full-time employees working with me. In addition, my parents give me an incredible helping hand, I don't know what I would do without them", she adds. Andréan had been working at Rembourrage Paré for more than three years before purchasing the company in March 2022. Andréan is known as a passionate person in the field for the past six years and enjoys advising her clients.

The company also received assistance from the SADC de L'Amiante through its Women Entrepreneurs program.
